TERMS & CONDITIONS
- 163 Retail Park “Scented Soy Wax Candle” and “Henna Drawing” are open to all except employees of 163 Retail Park Management staff, tenants and retailer’s staff. Retailer’s staff are strictly not allowed to redeem or on behalf of customer to redeem.
- The “Scented Soy Wax Candle” begins 20 October 2022 onwards till while stocks last.
- The “Henna Drawing” begins 22 October from 12pm till while redemption last as one day workshop.
- “Scented Soy Wax Candle” and “Henna Drawing” are limited to ONE (1) Redemption per customer per day with any amount spend on the same day in any 163 Retail Park outlets.
- “Scented Soy Wax Candle” and “Henna Drawing” are valid only for original receipt(s) made in 163 Retail Park on the same date as stated on the receipt. Redemption of the “Scented Soy Wax Candle” and “Henna Drawing” must be redeemed on the same day as per stated on the receipt(s).
- Redemption item(s) are strictly not resaleable, transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other form of item(s). “Scented Soy Wax Candle” is limited to one (1) redemption per customer per day. “Henna Drawing” is limited to First 30 pax and one (1) redemption per customer only. Redeemable at Concierge located at Lower Ground Floor 1. While stocks last.
- Customers are advised to inspect their “Scented Soy Wax Candle” upon immediate redemption as once redeemed. No exchanged, returned, or refunded will be entertained. No representatives are allowed to make redemption on Participant’s behalf.
- The Management reserves the right to demand for proof of purchase for verification purposes.
- The Organiser reserves the right to disqualified any proof of purchase/receipt(s) that are backdated, photocopied, reprinted, defaced, mutilated, forged, reproduced or altered.
- Any bills of payments(s) (including telecommunication, utility, postal services), reload/top up (including Touch & Go, Prepaid), transactions from banks, money changers, purchase of gift vouchers/cards or any form of cash/shopping voucher(s) and online purchase are not eligible for “Scented Soy Wax Candle” and “Henna Drawing”.
- The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, liabilities, expenses or damages how so ever incurred or sustained by the Participant and/or any other person by reason of, arising from or in connection with the Redemption.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of 163 Retail Park’s management shall be deemed final and conclusive. No further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained.
- 163 Retail Park reserves the right to omit, add or amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice and will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from taking part in the Contest and/or use and/or redemption of their prize. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions shall supersede the existing Terms and Conditions.
