163 RETAIL PARK – LUCKY, LUCKY, PROSPERITY CHINESE NEW YEAR REDEMPTION 2024 –
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The “Lucky, Lucky, Prosperity CNY Premium Tea Cup Set Redemption” begins from 5 Jan 2024 onwards.
2. The “Lucky, Lucky, Prosperity CNY Premium Set of Yee Sang Plates Redemption” begins from 13 Jan 2024 onwards.
3. Redemptions are open to all aged 18 and above, except employees of 163 Retail Park including its affiliations and related companies, representatives, vendors, agents and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters including spouses and Tenants). Retailer’s staff are strictly not allowed to redeem.
4. Premium Tea Cup Set Redemption is limited to ONE (1) Premium Tea Cup Set and ONE (1) Set of Limited Edition Fortune Packet redemption per customer per day with a minimum spend of RM600 & above in a maximum combination of Three (3) ORIGINAL receipt(s) on the same day in any 163 Retail Park outlets.
5. Premium Set of Yee Sang Plates Redemption is limited to ONE (1) Premium Set of Yee Sang Plates and ONE (1) Set of Limited Edition Fortune Packet redemption per customer per day with a minimum spend of RM2,500 & above in a maximum combination of Three (3) ORIGINAL receipt(s) on the same day in any 163 Retail Park outlets. Limited to First 100 sets only.
6. Participant is required to submit proof of purchase, also known as outlets original receipt(s) to our Customer Service Personnel for verification before redemption. Redemption must be made on the same day as per date stated on the original receipt(s).
7. Redemption item(s) are strictly not resaleable, transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other form of item(s). Limited to one (1) redemption per/participant per/day per/redemption. Redeemable at Concierge located at Lower Ground Floor 1. While stocks last.
8. Participants are advised to inspect their “Lucky, Lucky, Prosperity CNY Redemption” upon immediate Redemption as once redeemed. No exchanged, returned, or refunded will be entertained. No representatives are allowed to make redemption on Participant’s behalf.
9. The Management reserves the right to demand for proof of purchase for verification purposes.
10. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualified any proof of purchase/receipt(s) that are backdated, photocopied, reprinted, defaced, mutilated, forged, reproduced or altered.
11. Any bills of payments(s) (including telecommunication, utility, postal services), reload/top up (including Touch & Go, Prepaid), transactions from banks, money changers, purchase of gift vouchers/cards or any form of cash/shopping voucher(s) and online purchase are not eligible for “Lucky, Lucky, Prosperity CNY Redemption”.
12. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, liabilities, expenses or damages how so ever incurred or sustained by the Participant and/or any other person by reason of, arising from or in connection with the Redemption.
13. In the event of any dispute, the decision of 163 Retail Park’s management shall be deemed final and conclusive. No further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained.
14. 163 Retail Park reserves the right to omit, add or amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice and will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from taking part in the Contest and/or use and/or redemption of their prize. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions shall supersede the existing Terms and Conditions.
