163 – Moonlight Reunion “Mooncake Redemption” – TERMS & CONDITIONS
- 163 Retail Park “Moonlight Reunion – Mooncake Redemption” is open to all except employees of 163 Retail Park Management staff, tenants and retailer’s staff. Retailer’s staff are strictly not allowed to redeem on behalf of customer.
- The “Moonlight Reunion – Mooncake Redemption” begins from 2 Sept 2022 till 11 Sept 2022.
- The Redemption is limited to ONE (1) piece of Mooncake per customer per day with a minimum spend of RM100 & above in a combination of Two (2) original receipt(s) made on the same day in 163 Retail Park Jaya Grocer for “TIER 1”.
- The Redemption is limited to ONE (1) piece of Mooncake per customer per day with a minimum spend of RM80 & above in a combination of Two (2) original receipt(s) made on the same day in any 163 Retail Park outlets (except Jaya Grocer) for “TIER 2”.
- “Moonlight Reunion – Mooncake Redemption” is valid only for original receipt(s) made in 163 Retail Park on the same date as stated on the receipt. Redemption of the “Moonlight Reunion – Mooncake Redemption” must be redeemed on the same day as per stated on the receipt(s).
- Redemption item(s) are strictly not resaleable, transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other form of item(s). Limited to Forty (40) sets of redemption per day. Limited to one (1) redemption per/participant per/day per/tier. Redeemable at Concierge located at Lower Ground Floor 1. While stocks last.
- Participants are advised to inspect their “Mooncake” upon immediate Redemption as once redeemed. No exchanged, returned, or refunded will be entertained. No representatives are allowed to make redemption on Participant’s behalf.
- The Management reserves the right to demand for proof of purchase for verification purposes.
- The Organiser reserves the right to disqualified any proof of purchase/receipt(s) that are backdated, photocopied, reprinted, defaced, mutilated, forged, reproduced or altered.
- Any bills of payments(s) (including telecommunication, utility, postal services), reload/top up (including Touch & Go, Prepaid), transactions from banks, money changers and purchase of gift vouchers/cards or any form of cash/shopping voucher(s) are not eligible for “Moonlight Reunion – Mooncake Redemption””.
- The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, liabilities, expenses or damages how so ever incurred or sustained by the Participant and/or any other person by reason of, arising from or in connection with the Redemption.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of 163 Retail Park’s management shall be deemed final and conclusive. No further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained.
- 163 Retail Park reserves the right to omit, add or amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice and will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from taking part in the Contest and/or use and/or redemption of their prize. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions shall supersede the existing Terms and Conditions.
