163 RETAIL PARK – MOTHER’S DAY GIFT SET! (MOTHER’S DAY 2023 REDEMPTION)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. 163 Retail Park Mother’s Day 2023 Redemption “Mother’s Day Gift Set (Trio Soap Bars OR Hand Sanitiser + Hand Cream)” is open to all except employees of 163 Retail Park Management staff, tenants and retailer’s staff. Retailer’s staff are strictly not allowed to redeem or on behalf of customer to redeem. 
2. The Mother’s Day 2023 Redemption “Mother’s Day Gift Set (Trio Soap Bars OR Hand Sanitiser + Hand Cream)” begins from 8 May 2023 till 14 May 2023.
3. The Mother’s Day 2023 Redemption is limited to ONE (1) Set of Trio Soap Bars OR Hand Sanitiser + Hand Cream per customer per day with a minimum spend of RM500 & above in a maximum combination of FIVE (5) ORIGINAL receipt(s) on the same day in any 163 Retail Park outlets.

4. The Mother’s Day 2023 Redemption “Mother’s Day Gift Set (Trio Soap Bars OR Hand Sanitiser + Hand Cream)” is valid only for original receipt(s) made in 163 Retail Park on the same date as stated on the receipt. Redemption of the “Mother’s Day Gift Set (Trio Soap Bars OR Hand Sanitiser + Hand Cream)” must be redeemed on the same day as per stated on the receipt(s).

5. Redemption during Weekday are limited only for Forty (40) units per day & Weekend are limited only for Fifty (50) units per day.
6. Redemption item(s) are strictly not resaleable, transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other form of item(s). Limited to one (1) redemption per/participant per/day. Redeemable at Concierge located at Lower Ground Floor 1. While stocks last.
7. Participants are advised to inspect their Mother’s Day 2023 Redemption “Mother’s Day Gift Set (Trio Soap Bars OR Hand Sanitiser + Hand Cream)” upon immediate redemption as once redeemed. No exchanged, returned, or refunded will be entertained. No representatives are allowed to make redemption on Participant’s behalf. 
8. The Management reserves the right to demand for proof of purchase for verification purposes.
9. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualified any proof of purchase/receipt(s) that are backdated, photocopied, reprinted, defaced, mutilated, forged, reproduced or altered.
10. Any bills of payments(s) (including telecommunication, utility, postal services), reload/top up (including Touch & Go, Prepaid), transactions from banks, money changers, purchase of gift vouchers/cards or any form of cash/shopping voucher(s) and online purchase are not eligible for “Mother’s Day Gift Set (Trio Soap Bars OR Hand Sanitiser + Hand Cream) Redemption”.
11. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, liabilities, expenses or damages how so ever incurred or sustained by the Participant and/or any other person by reason of, arising from or in connection with the Redemption.
12. In the event of any dispute, the decision of 163 Retail Park’s management shall be deemed final and conclusive. No further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained.
13. 163 Retail Park reserves the right to omit, add or amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice and will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from taking part in the Contest and/or use and/or redemption of their prize. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions shall supersede the existing Terms and Conditions.
