163 RETAIL PARK – SPLENDIFEROUS RAYA 2021 EXCLUSIVE CERAMIC BAKING POT & RAYA GREEN PACKET REDEMPTION – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. 163 Retail Park “Exclusive Ceramic Baking Pot & Raya Green Packet Redemption” is open to all except employees of 163 Retail Park Management staff, tenants and retailer’s staff. Retailer’s staff are strictly not allowed to redeem on behalf of customer.
   
2. The “Exclusive Ceramic Baking Pot & Raya Green Packet Redemption” begins from 15 April 2021 till 30 May 2021.
   
3. The Redemption is limited to ONE (1) Raya Green Packet per customer per day with a minimum spend of RM200 & above in a maximum combination of Three (3) ORIGINAL receipt(s) on the same day in any 163 Retail Park outlets for “TIER 1”.
   
4. The Redemption is limited to ONE (1) Exclusive Ceramic Baking Pot & Raya Green Packet per customer per day with a minimum spend of RM388 & above in a maximum combination of Two (2) ORIGINAL receipt(s) on the same day in any 163 Retail Park outlets (except Jaya Grocer) for “TIER 2”.
   
5. The Redemption is limited to ONE (1) Exclusive Ceramic Baking Pot & Raya Green Packet per customer per day with a minimum spend of RM488 & above in a maximum combination of Two (2) ORIGINAL receipt(s) on the same day in Jaya Grocer for “TIER 3”.
   
6. Redemption of the “Exclusive Ceramic Baking Pot & Raya Green Packet” is valid only for original receipt(s) made in 163 Retail Park on the same date as stated on the receipt. Redemption of the “Exclusive Ceramic Baking Pot & Raya Green Packet” must be redeemed on the same day as per stated on the receipt(s).
   
7. Redemption item(s) are strictly not resaleable, transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other form of item(s). Limited to one (1) redemption per/participant per/day. Redeemable at Concierge located at Lower Ground Floor 1. While stocks last.
   
8. Participants are advised to inspect their “Exclusive Ceramic Baking Pot & Raya Green Packet Redemption” upon immediate Redemption as once redeemed. No exchanged, returned, or refunded will be entertained. No representatives are allowed to make redemption on Participant’s behalf.
   
9. The Management reserves the right to demand for proof of purchase for verification purposes.
   
10. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualified any proof of purchase/receipt(s) that are backdated, photocopied, reprinted, defaced, mutilated, forged, reproduced or altered.
    
11. Any bills of payments(s) (including telecommunication, utility, postal services), reload/top up (including Touch & Go, Prepaid), transactions from banks, money changers and purchase of gift vouchers/cards or any form of cash/shopping voucher(s) and online purchase are not eligible for “Exclusive Ceramic Baking Pot & Raya Green Packet Redemption”.
    
12. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, liabilities, expenses or damages how so ever incurred or sustained by the Participant and/or any other person by reason of, arising from or in connection with the Redemption.
    
13. In the event of any dispute, the decision of 163 Retail Park’s management shall be deemed final and conclusive. No further correspondence, queries or appeals shall be entertained.
    
14. 163 Retail Park reserves the right to omit, add or amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice and will not be liable for any loss or damages resulting from taking part in the Contest and/or use and/or redemption of their prize. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions shall supersede the existing Terms and Conditions.
